How about a slice of Case’s Pork Roll on top of a hamburger with cheese! Great for outdoor barbeques! Our family calls it the "Fritz burger”, named after a member of our family.

Case’s Best NJ Pork Roll Sandwich. Cut a fresh Kaiser roll in half and lightly butter both sides. Fry two Case’s Pork Roll slices in a fry pan to desired doneness. In another fry pan, scramble two eggs in butter. Put one piece of cooked pork roll on the freshly buttered Kaiser roll bottom, top with a piece of American cheese, top the cheese with the second slice of pork roll (this will melt the cheese). Spoon the scrambled eggs on the Case’s Pork Roll and top with the buttered top of the Kaiser roll. Recipe from S. Mauer Lynch, Merchantville, NJ

G. Perrine from Orange Park, FL suggests substituting pork roll for ham in a chef’s salad or bacon in a turkey cob salad. For a great breakfast, cut up pork roll and potatoes and fry until desired tenderness. Add sweet onion and/or bell pepper and dash of crushed red pepper, continue cooking until done. Remove mixture from pan and add pat of butter and eggs to make omelet. Once omelet is close to done, cover with mixture, cheese and some ketchup. Fold and finish cooking. A meal fit for a king.

Pork Roll Fried Rice —Cook 2 1/2 cups of medium or long grain white rice, let cool. Coat with butter a large heated skillet and cook 2 eggs beaten, cut into small pieces, remove from heat and set aside. In the same pan, heat a little oil and sauté 1/2 onion (diced small) until tender. Add 3 slices of Case’s Pork Roll (cut into small pieces) and 1 large carrot, 1/4 red pepper (all diced small) and 1/2 cup frozen peas. On low heat, add a few scoops of the rice at a time and heat. Add soy sauce until the color of the rice is a slight golden brown color. Add the eggs and peas. Season with 1/8 tsp. ground ginger, 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper and pepper and salt to taste. Summer Pork Roll/Eggplant Appetizer —Choose eggplant that is the same diameter as your pork roll. Cut eggplant 1/2” thick and place on towel, salt to remove water. Rinse to remove salt and drain again. Dredge in egg wash, flour and Italian bread crumbs. Pan fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown. Cut pork roll into 1/4” slices and fry until crispy.” Put mozzarella ball in freezer for 10 minutes to ease in slicing. Cut into 1/4” slices. Place eggplant, mozzarella and pork roll on top. Case's Pork Roll Salad - Use 1-1.5 lb. pork roll, 2 sweet pickles, 1 small onion, 1/2 sweet, green pepper, 2 sour pickles and mayonnaise

Remove bag. Cube meat. Add other ingredients and grind. Season and add mayonnaise to moisten. Serve on bread, rolls or lettuce for salad.

Grandma Case's Baked Pork Roll - Use 1-1.5 lb. pork roll, 2 tbls. brown sugar, 1 can crushed pineapple and 10 whole cloves.

Remove bag and score with knife. Place pork roll in baking pan, stick cloves in sides and add brown sugar. Cover with crushed pineapple. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. It’s great!
